The hotel is relatively well located, it is a 20 minutes walk from the main Cologne train station. the room was clean, warm and quiet and had everything I expected. The water pressure was good, and there was plenty of hot water. A bottle of sparkling water was provided free of charge the first day. The wireless internet connection was reliable and fast enough. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations for the amount of money they charged per day for the room.

We had 2 bedrooms apartament for four people. Beds were comfortable. For really old building it was clean. Receptionists were really nice and helpful. Hotel is less then 20 minutes walk to cathedra and only few minutes to metro station. We asked for parking place and we got it reserved. We could park our car hours before check-in, which was really great. I feel that we will come back there soon

Best breakfast which had I recently Best stay near by location Walkable distance to the mainhabnof Only minus I was faced the internet connection was not stable and they must provide some standard internet for the easiest connection for the guest, if they care about guest in the future need to update the internet service. Wifi was too slow and unstable.

Great welcoming from the afternoon receptionist. Very informative and warm. Room was large enough, they have an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was very good. Parking was within a block of the hotel and very secure. Need a key/puck and the hotel only has one. Need to get it from reception every time you park or go get you car.

We loved the retro charm of Hotel Windsor, and the ambience of a family owned/run hotel. The bathroom was compact, but had everything we needed, including good water pressure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for Media Park and an easy walk to the Cathedral and centre of town.
